Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy have arranged for their parents to spend Christmas together, according to reports.
Muse frontman Matt will be flying out his parents from Exeter to California to meet his famous future in-laws, actress Goldie Hawn and Kate's actor stepdad Kurt Russell, for the first time.
A source told the newspaper: "It will be the first meeting of both sets of parents. Things are getting serious between Kate and Matt and it's the obvious next step."
The couple, who sparked speculation that they could get engaged after being spotted ring shopping and house-hunting in New York, will be staying with their parents close to the beach in Santa Monica.
Kurt is said to be a big music fan and Matt's dad was a guitar player in 60s group The Tornados.
Matt and actress Kate got together in July.
