Kate Moss 'isn't song inspiration'

Kate Moss

Kate Moss has reportedly banned her husband from writing love songs about her.

The British supermodel married The Kills rocker Jamie Hince in June 2011. Although she is a noted music fan, Kate is apparently keen for their private life to be kept under wraps.

According to British newspaper The Daily Star, the 38-year-old star has asked her spouse not to use her for inspiration.

The news will come as a surprise to many as Kate has previously not shied away from being involved in her partners' music careers. Before she met Jamie, the star dated former Libertines singer Pete Doherty and regularly used to get on stage with him at his shows to sing duets.

The model is notoriously private and rarely gives interviews. However, she has opened up about her life in several recent interviews to promote her new coffee table book.

In one, the star revealed her ex-boyfriend Johnny Depp warned her to retain a mysterious air, by never contradicting things which were written about her. She also admitted crying for "years and years" when they split in 1998 after a four-year romance.

The star is famed for her rock and roll lifestyle and recently opened up about a tattoo she has of two birds on her lower back. Renowned artist Lucian Freud gave her the inking, after they struck up a friendship when he painted her pregnant and nude.

"I mean, it's an original Freud. I wonder how much a collector would pay for that? A few million?" she laughed.

"If it all goes horribly wrong I could get a skin graft and sell it."
