Kate Moss has reportedly been a source of support for Chloe Green following her split from Marc Anthony.

The iconic supermodel and Chloe, daughter of Topshop mogul Sir Philip Green, share a close friendship and it was apparently Kate who Chloe turned to in her time of need. She recently went through a tough break-up from Latino star Marc Anthony, the ex-husband of Jennifer Lopez.

"Kate has really been there for Chloe, helping to cheer her up. You can't really think of anyone better to help you get back in a fun mood, can you?" a source revealed to Britain's Grazia magazine.

The pair flew out to St Barts, and enjoyed a sun soaked break on Chloe's luxury family yacht Lionheart.

The girls were also joined by other family and friends, and the trip doubled up as a celebration for Philip's 62nd birthday.

But Kate made sure her fragile friend wasn't forgotten about and was a great source of comfort for Chloe.

"Kate knows how heartbroken Chloe's been and wanted the trip to be about getting Chloe back to her normal self," add the insider.

While away Chloe kept fans updated with her holiday shenanigans, posting a series of photos on her Instagram account.

Flaunting her enviable curves and toned abs in a number of bikini shots, Chloe appeared to be enjoying the break.

"Girls Trip!! #thesinglelife #whoneedsmen !! #friends #family (sic)," she captioned a photo of the pair, joined by another female friend.

Another snap of Chloe and Kate, shot in black and white, saw the girls pouting in to the camera with the caption: "KM ❤U #holiday #friends #family (sic)".

Chloe and Marc's split came just weeks after they put on a united front at this year's Grammy Awards. A busy schedule has been blamed for the separation.
