Kate Winslet has reportedly married her boyfriend Ned Rocknroll.

The 37-year-old Oscar winner has been dating the 34-year-old nephew of Virgin billionaire Richard Branson since late last year.

According to UsWeekly, the couple secretly exchanged vows in New York City earlier this month.

"They were surrounded by a small group of friends and close family members," an insider said.

A spokesperson for the actress has not responded to requests for comment.

Kate and Ned have not publicly acknowledged plans to marry. It was rumoured he had proposed in January.

Their nuptials would mark Kate's third trip down the aisle.

She was married to director Jim Threapleton for three years until 2001. The former couple share a 12-year-old daughter.

She married director Sam Mendes in 2003. They were married for seven years and share a nine-year-old son.

Ned, born Abel Smith, was previously married to British socialite Eliza Cowdray.

He settled down with Kate earlier this year when the couple purchased a home in West Sussex, England, about one year after they met on his uncle's Necker Island, according to reports.

Kate earlier this year spoke about her feelings on marriage.

"I still believe in the beauty of committing yourself to another person and, at least, in the idea of marriage as an expression of that commitment," she mused on her failed relationships.

"Living with someone will always be a challenge, but you hope to be able to find someone whom you can spend the rest of your days."

Gemini:

This is a good time to establish a routine. Create a schedule that strikes a nice balance between your personal and professional lives. You're the type of person who needs plenty of intellectual stimulation outside of work. If you've been spending too much time at the office, reduce your hours. This may mean less money, but you can't put a price on happiness. You might even decide to take a job with unconventional hours so you can play sports or spend more time outdoors.More
