Katie Price and Alex Reid ready for wedding blessing

Katie Price is preparing for a lavish wedding blessing

Katie Price and cage fighter husband Alex Reid are preparing for a second marriage bash - just months after they tied the knot in a low-key Vegas wedding.

The couple are aiming for a much more lavish affair for the blessing this time around with friends and family invited, rather than the hasty shirt-and-jeans approach to February's ceremony.

The blessing is largely under wraps and will be away from prying eyes as it is set to feature in a three-part television series called Katie & Alex: For Better, For Worse, to be screened later this summer on ITV2.

However, a marquee was spotted being erected at the couple's new country property in West Sussex where it is believed the blessing will take place.

Price, aka Jordan, was pictured earlier this week in a flowing pink dress at a Barbie-inspired hen do at the five-star May Fair Hotel in London.

The 32-year-old glamour girl has already shared some details of the event.

In a recent TV interview, she said: "It's going to be great sharing this fantastic day with my friends and family. I can't wait to celebrate our love for each other again."

Reid said: "Seeing her walk down the aisle again and being able to share it with the people we love will make this truly memorable."

The couple's decision to let the cameras in to cover the ceremony contrasts with the relative secrecy which surrounded their whirlwind trip down the aisle in Las Vegas in February.

This time around the cameras will be on hand at the blessing when the bride and groom say their vows, ITV has said. But it is understood there is no magazine deal in place for this marriage, unlike her wedding to first husband Peter Andre.
