Keenan: Being Human set is haunted
Sinead Keenan has revealed the set of supernatural drama Being Human may be haunted.
The Irish actress - who plays a werewolf in the BBC Three show about a group of supernatural housemates, including vampires and ghosts - has claimed spooky things happen to the cast while filming.
Sinead revealed: "Some strange things happened on the set of Being Human - Alexandra Roach, who played the zombie in episode three, was wearing red nail varnish, but when they took a photo of her and printed it off, two of her nails were black.
"So there was little goings on like that, but I never had any first-hand experience of that."
The 33-year-old Moving Wallpaper star said she is very flattered that the show has inspired an American adaptation.
She said: "I've seen very little of it - just a trailer and a snippet on You Tube. At the end of the day, it's a huge compliment that they wanted to make their own version, and it can only be good for us.
"Obviously it would have been good if they'd said, 'We'll buy the original and show it in America', and the British version has been showing in the States on BBC America, which is great. But I'm sure fans of the American version of The Office have gone, 'Hmm, I wonder what the British version is like' and bought the box set, so maybe that will happen with Being Human too. And imitation is the highest form of flattery."
The third series of Being Human is available on BBC DVD from March 28.
