Kelly Clarkson and her boyfriend Brandon Blackstock are "so comfortable" together.
The pop songstress and the band manager have been dating since the end of 2011.
Kelly has revealed that their relationship is still going strong.
"[I'm] head over heels," she revealed on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.
"Once you finally fall in love with someone and you are so comfortable with them, it makes you more comfortable in your skin. It makes you comfortable as an artist and it makes you more confident."
Kelly fell for Brandon the moment they met.
She absolutely knew that he was the right man for her.
"I was like 'dude I gotta know that guy,' " Kelly recalled.
"We were just in a room together, and then he came up and said he was from the same home town as me and I was like, 'oh we're so getting married,' I was so that girl. When he became single, I was on the prowl."
Although there are no wedding plans just yet, Kelly and Brandon are considering that possibility.
Apparently the pair both had troubled childhoods and they are committed to building a better future for themselves.
"[We're going to] break that trend one day," Kelly said.
"It's weird how life kind of puts you in certain situations. We're taking it slow, and we're enjoying each other."
