Kelly hits out over 'Amy' tweets

Kelly Osbourne has hit out at a fake Amy Winehouse Twitter account

Kelly Osbourne has hit out at a fake Amy Winehouse for sending her a message on Twitter purporting to be the late star.

Kelly, who was a close friend of the late Rehab singer, received a tweet saying "miss ya darling!x".

The user's tweets included: "I'm alive and I am well. I'm just not here (with you), not so swell. But I watch over you above in the sky so blue. Miss ya daddy. love ya too x".

On the top of the Twitter page, entitled amyjmermaid, the user wrote: "I'm just trying to keep her alive by attempting to replicate her account."

Kelly replied from her own account MissKellyO, saying: "That's not f***ing funny .... you should be ashamed. Don't ever tweet me again. I'm going to have you thrown off Twitter!"

She added: "If you have one ounce of dignity or self-respect you will delete this fake Amy profile or I will do it for you!"

Kelly told her followers the tweeter was "pretending to be Amy", adding: "I can only pray Mitch (Winehouse's father) never sees it".

She said she had emailed Twitter, which was unable to comment today, to get the profile taken down.

She told her followers: "Why would anyone make a fake profile and pretend to be Amy W. That is just sick".

Amy, who fought a public battle with drink and drugs, died in July, at the age of 27.
