Kelly Osbourne 'worried about health'

Kelly Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne has reportedly changed her diet in an effort to ensure she doesn't have another seizure.

The TV star collapsed while shooting an episode of her show Fashion Police earlier this month. She was taken to hospital after experiencing convulsions and stayed in for several days, although doctors never discovered what was wrong.

Although she is now back at home and has started shooting the series again, Kelly is said to be very concerned about her health.

"Not knowing what caused the fit has put Kelly on edge," an insider told Closer magazine. "She says she's petrified she'll have another one. She's eating a special high-fat, low-carb diet that's recommended for epilepsy sufferers in case it helps."

There were reports the star had been diagnosed with epilepsy while she was in hospital, but they were quickly described as premature by her spokesperson.

The 28-year-old reassured her fans she was doing well via her Twitter account, with her mother Sharon Osbourne explaining the outpouring of support Kelly had received was what kept her going.

“We were very blessed that, in a way, that Kelly, when she had her seizure, she had [it] while she was filming, so it was filmed. We needed that to show the neurologist so they could see what was happening,” she explained on TV show The Talk earlier this month.

“Kelly is doing fine and has asked me to thank everybody who sends their love to her and have reached out to her. So many people.”
