Kelly Rowland and Jamie Foxx are rumoured to be heading on a date.

The two stars both attended the Oscars last month and during a live interview Jamie admitted he'd always had the hots for the former Destiny's Child singer.

Kelly appeared embarrassed by the remarks on screen, but afterwards the pair apparently got talking. Jamie is said to have assured Kelly he was "serious about taking her out" and asked if they could exchange numbers.

Kelly agreed and according to National Enquirer then "promised she would reach out so they could talk".

It's not known if the pair have enjoyed their date as of yet.

Jamie, 45, is renowned for keeping his private life under the radar. He has two children and has good relationships with their mothers, but in an interview given late last year he admitted he doesn't know if marriage is something which interests him.

"I don't think anything's ruled out. It's tough. I feel like I've been put on this earth for a certain thing and maybe marriage didn't come with that," he said.

"[My relationships with my kids' moms is] just so cool and calm and that's all you need. Somebody who is not thirsty for what I do. In order to make it in this business, it has to be someone that is willing to sacrifice more than what they would in a normal relationship."
