Kevin Jonas and his other half Danielle are expanding their family.

Musician Kevin Jonas and his spouse Danielle have another baby on the way.

The couple welcomed its first tot, daughter Alena, in February, 2014 and now the family is celebrating once again, as they prepare to welcome a new member to their brood.

Kevin and Danielle made the exciting announcement Monday (25Apr16) on their Instagram accounts by sharing a photo of themselves in bed, along with the caption: "Prepping for baby number two! #babyjonas2".

The adorable snap features the mum-to-be snacking on Cheerios cereal, Girl Scout cookies and various other goodies, while beside her, dad Kevin reads the popular pregnancy guide book What to Expect When You're Expecting with his mouth agape.

And to increase the cuteness factor even further, Danielle, 29, posted a photo moments later of their smiling two-year-old daughter Alena, capping the image off with a pink heart emoji and the caption: "Someone is happy".

Former Jonas Brothers star Kevin, 28, previously gushed about his wonderful family life, telling People magazine nothing could have prepared him for the delight he is experiencing being a father.

“There is a learning curve for sure,” he said of parenthood. “You start out not knowing anything and by the end of it you come out as experts in your own way."

“She’s unbelievable, she really is - we couldn’t have done better," he added of his sweet daughter Alena. "I love every minute.”

Kevin tied the knot with former hairdresser Danielle in 2009, two years after they were first met in the Bahamas during mutual family vacations.
