Khloé Kardashian has been reduced to tears after reading beautiful birthday messages from her fans and family.

The reality TV star turned 29 yesterday and was immediately bombarded by tributes on Instagram and Twitter.

While she may not normally show how she is feeling, the lovely messages proved too much for the socialite.

“I guess this is what happens when you get older. I have been crying reading some of the sweetest tweets for my Birthday. So sweet! Blessed!” she tweeted. “PS… I’m not a crier so this is a big, weird, silly thing for me :) (sic).”

As well as receiving happy birthday posts from her followers, sisters Kourtney and Kim showed their appreciation for their sibling.

Kim gave birth to her first child, a daughter named North, with her rapper boyfriend Kanye West earlier this month and logges on to Twitter for the first time since welcoming her baby girl.

“@khloekardashian The most loyal and supportive person on the planet! Life wouldn’t be the same without you Kokes! (sic),” she wrote, also sharing a collage of the sisters on Instagram.

Khloé has won many fans, who all took to Twitter to congratulate the star.

Among the posts were some lovingly created videos to celebrate her special day.

“I have watched so many fantastic Birthday videos today from you guys!!! I really don't know if ‘thank you’ is enough!! Wow! I love you,” she wrote.

“I honestly feel like the luckiest girl in the world today! (sic)”
