Kim Kardashian and new hubby Kanye honeymoon in Irish manor
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are “honeymooning at an Irish manor house”.
The couple are said to have flown by private jet from Florence to Ireland on Sunday for the start of their “secret romantic honeymoon”, according to UK newspaper The Mirror.
The couple apparently landed at Cork Airport at 3pm and were whisked off in a fleet of Mercedes limousines, to stay for five days at the luxurious Castylemartyr Resort in Munster.
The Presidential suite at the 17th-century Manor House costs €2,750 for a night, a spokeswoman told the Irish Mirror, adding that and all ten rooms in the 7th-century Manor House have been booked up.
If Kim and Kanye are indeed staying there, the trip would cost them up to €50,000 for the hotel alone.
The Presidential suite will no doubt be up to the couple’s A-List standards, boasting two bedrooms, a dining room, living room and its own library over 3,000 sq ft.
The newlyweds are also apparently planning to spend at least a day in Dublin, one of Kanye’s favourite cities, before jetting back to Los Angeles on Friday.
Kanye and Kim tied the knot at a highly-exclusive private ceremony at the Forte di Belvedere o di San Giorgio Firenze in Florence on Saturday night.
The rapper gave a long, 18-minute toast where he declared himself part of the Kardashian clan and complimented the family for their achievements.
At one point, Kanye referred to them as an "industry" and said they are "the most remarkable people of our time" who can "make the world a better place", according to E! News.
