Kim Kardashian is allegedly threatening Kris Humphries with "an ultimatum" about their divorce battle.

The reality TV star is locked in a bitter fight with her estranged husband to legally end their union.

Kris, 27, is claiming that Kim committed fraud and is seeking an annulment which has lengthened their divorce proceedings.

Kim is now focused on marrying her new beau Kanye West and is reportedly not going to let anything stop her.

"She wants to marry him and doesn't want to go into 2013 like this," a friend revealed to British magazine more! "If I were Kris, I'd be afraid. She's instructed her lawyer to give Kris and his team an ultimatum: settle now or she will sue."

Kris reportedly thinks that Kim never loved him, and that she was using him for publicity.

As a result of Kris' case, the divorce row has dragged on for over a year, which is far longer than their actual 72 day long marriage lasted.

The 32-year-old star of Keeping up with the Kardashians is now urgently pressing for her ties to be cut with her former flame.

"She's tired of playing nice and now wants a full-on showdown in court to settle this once and for all," the source continued.
