Mum-to-be Kim Kardashian is said to be "fine" after apparently falling ill while on a plane.
The reality TV star was reportedly taken to hospital after feeling unwell on a flight from Paris to Los Angeles - and it was claimed there were concerns for her unborn baby.
However, a source close to the star downplayed the incident to E! News, explaining that although Kim did visit a doctor things are "all fine" now.
The insider added that the star is on "doctor-ordered rest".
"She's been working a lot and with the divorce, moving, etc, [she] just needs to take a little rest," the source said.
Kim, 32, and rapper boyfriend Kanye West, 35, are expecting their baby in July.
