Kim Kardashian ‘hates fake friends’

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian has hit back at Katie Couric for being a “fake friend”.

The reality television star is furious that her presenter pal Katie Couric publicly attacked her career in a recent interview.

Couric made the offensive remarks to In Touch magazine despite already having sent Kim and boyfriend Kanye West a congratulatory gift when Kim gave birth to their daughter in June.

"I hate fake media friends," the new mother posted on Instagram. "May I humbly suggest you not send gifts then talk s**t."

In the interview the host revealed she was unsure why the Kardashian family is so popular.

"I don’t understand – why are they so famous? I think it's mostly teenage girls that are interested," she confessed to the celebrity news publication.

Kim wanted to expose Katie’s alleged two-faced actions by showing off the gift she had received following her baby North West’s arrival.

The image she shared online appeared to be a small onesie with a card.

“Dear Kim and Kanye, Congratulations on the birth of your baby girl!” the note read. “And may I humbly suggest that you continue the K tradition.”

Kim has been hiding out since becoming a mother although she was caught on film taking her baby to the pediatrician on Wednesday.

She kept North's face hidden from the cameras and concealed her figure under a baggy shirt with a wrap around her waist.

She is now expected to grace the cover of a magazine with her new family after striking a high value deal for the much-anticipated first images.

Kim is reportedly is waiting to lose her baby weight before stepping out in public officially.

You will have to defer to others, which makes you anxious. There's never any problem when you're in control. You know how to act quickly and decisively. When others are at the helm, progress grinds to a halt. People deliberate endlessly over simple matters. Instead of putting pressure on the person in charge, make a strategic retreat. If you act like you don't care about the outcome of a situation, they won't be paralysed with uncertainty. You have a tendency to make people nervous.More
