Kim Kardashian has revealed her secret to losing her baby weight - the Atkins diet.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been showing off an impressively slim and toned figure since giving birth to daughter North in June.
Kim replied to a question on Twitter about her weight loss: "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it."
A representative for Atkins told Us Weekly magazine: "She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese.
"She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She's been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June."
The diet, developed by Dr Robert C Atkins in 1953, involves cutting down on sugar carbohydrates, like potatoes and pasta, and eating a diet high in protein and unsaturated fats like lean meat, nuts and salad.
Kim, who is 5ft 2in, admitted she weighed around 140 pounds (10 stone) during her pregnancy.
