Kim Kardashian wants North to "enjoy being a baby" before she is revealed to the rest of the world.

The reality TV beauty and her beau Kanye West welcomed baby North into the world last month.

Kim suffered a traumatic birth due to developing life-threatening condition pre-eclampsia, and the couple's daughter was delivered several weeks early.

The star's pal La La Anthony says the pair haven't discussed "revealing" North, nicknamed Nori, to the public just yet as Kim is currently enjoying quality time with her new family addition.

"We weren't talking about that. We were just talking about baby stuff not asking, 'When are you going to reveal the baby to the world?' North is just a baby. We want her to enjoy just being a baby," she explained when asked if she spoke to Kim about magazine deals when she visited the family.

"She's still so little. She's not ready to be out in the world around germs and people. As a mom your protective instinct comes in before anything else."

La La says North is a beautiful bundle of joy. The US actress loved having her picture taken with the tot, but joked she'd guard the precious pictures with her life.

"I've seen the baby, held the baby, loved the baby. The cutest, absolute cutest baby ever," she gushed in an interview with Access Hollywood.

"Personal stuff. Not to show anyone," she teased when asked if she has photos with North. "Kim took photos with her camera so she could have pictures of everyone who was with the baby. Absolutely [I'm close enough to Kim she would trust me with photos of North]. I would protect that photo with security guards and everything!"

Kim and Kanye faced criticism when the unusual name of the daughter was revealed. La La has defended the moniker, saying it suits the little baby.

"I think the name fits, and as soon as you see the baby it's like, that's her name, you can't see her with any other name. I love the name," she smiled.

Once your partner sees the truth of the situation, they'll feel less compelled to splash out on luxuries. This shortage will be temporary, as long as you exercise restraint during lean times.
