Kim Kardashian's divorce lawyer is returning to court to urge a speedy end to her marriage to Kris Humphries.
Attorneys for the former couple disagree over a timetable for a trial to end the marriage, which NBA player Kris wants annulled.
Kim, who is pregnant with a child conceived with boyfriend Kanye West, is asking a judge to order a trial to end her marriage as soon as possible.
Kris, who plays basketball for the Brooklyn Nets, wants the case to remain on hold until his season ends.
Kim filed for divorce on October 31, 2011 after 72 days of marriage.
Kris claims the televised nuptials were based on fraud, a claim that would have to be proven at trial.
