Kim Kardashian reportedly had a pregnancy scare earlier this week.

The reality TV star is expecting her first child with rapper boyfriend Kanye West and has been keeping busy with social engagements, such as gracing the front row of Paris Fashion Week.

Now it seems her busy lifestyle is catching up with her as she was reportedly rushed to the doctor after arriving back in Los Angeles on Sunday.

“Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed,” an insider explained to the New York Post.

“She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.”

Luckily the pretty brunette was told everything is fine, but was given strict orders to rest by the expert.

Kim was apparently told she’s exercising and working too much, but was sent home after a thorough check-up.

“Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy,” a source admitted.

“She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.”

Since falling pregnant, it’s been reported the curvaceous star is struggling to come to terms with her changing body.

She has been snapped at the gym regularly and often updates her Twitter and blog with information about how she is staying fit while expecting.

“She’s scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south,” the insider continued.

“But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down.”
