Kim Kardashian’s daughter not named with ‘K’
Kim Kardashian will not follow the family trend and give her new baby a name that begins with a ‘K’.
Kim Kardashian has not given her new baby a name that begins with a ‘K’.
The reality star and her rapper beau Kanye West welcomed a daughter last Saturday.
It has been reported the newborn was named Kaidence Donda West, after Kanye’s late mother Dr. Donda West.
Kim’s mother Kris Jenner named her daughters Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie, with son Rob taking the moniker of his late father Robert Kardashian Senior.
But apparently the ‘K’ Kardashian naming tradition hasn’t been applied to Kim’s tyke.
"They're not quite ready to announce the name yet," a source close to the couple told Us Weekly. “But the name definitely does not start with a ‘K’, despite all the rumours that have been out."
Kim and Kanye left the Beverly Hills hospital undetected after the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star gave birth five weeks prematurely on June 15.
She is said to have moved into a “private location”.
"Everybody is doing great," the source added of the family. "The baby is so sweet. Kanye is in love. Kim's real due date was July 12 - Kanye's mom's birthday. That warmed his heart."
Kim emailed her TV show producer Ryan Seacrest on his breakfast radio show Tuesday to share her first thoughts on becoming a parent.
“Can’t believe it. So crazy!” she told the media mogul.
