Kim 'under pressure' to be perfect
Kim Kardashian has admitted she struggles to look flawless, as she battles with psoriasis.
The reality TV star - who was diagnosed with the skin complaint in the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which leaves a rash and red patches over her body - said it wouldn't be possible to slow down her life, as her doctor advised, to make it more "controllable".
"It's just not possible. My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect," she lamented.
"When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots."
The hereditary disease was passed down to Kim, who initially thought she had ringworm, from her mother Kris Jenner.
"My mum has always had it, but she didn't have flaky red dots all over her," she said.
Engaged Kim - who recently enjoyed her hen party in Las Vegas - managed to cover up the spots with make-up but later admitted her fears over her lucrative modelling career.
