Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have to live with Kris Jenner until their mansion is renovated.

The 33-year-old star married rapper Kanye West in an extravagant ceremony in Florence, Italy, on May 24. After a European honeymoon, visiting the likes of Ireland and Prague, the couple have now returned to Los Angeles with their daughter North.

Although they would love to start the rest of their lives together in privacy, renovations on their £6.5 million Bel Air mansion are said to have been delayed. While they wait for the home they bought in January 2013 to be finished, the reality star and Kanye will be moving in with Kim's mom Kris Jenner.

"Kim is upset - she and Kanye will have to start married life living with her mom Kris - something they were keen to avoid," a source told British magazine Closer.

The pair's lavish nuptials took place at the Italian city's Forte di Belvedere o di San Giorgio Firenze and were orchestrated by Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. Kim dazzled in a Givenchy Haute Couture gown, which featured sheer sleeves.

Overall the day was a great success, aside from Kim's brother Rob not turning up to the ceremony. It is thought the siblings had been rowing in the lead up to the wedding, which caused sock designer Rob to drop out.

"While Kim adores her wedding, she has admitted it was tainted by family rows and deep rifts caused by some of their friends," the source added. "Kim was devastated Rob missed the ceremony. On the morning of the wedding, they had an emotional phone call and she was in tears."
