Kris 'cringes over Kanye'

Kris Jenner reportedly appreciated Kanye West's Jimmy Kimmel appearance because it distracted her from her "messy" life.

The rapper appeared on the talk show to clear up a feud after the host made fun of Kanye, who then responded with an angry Twitter rant.

Jimmy mocked the musician after he claimed to be "the biggest rock star in the world" while speaking to Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe.

Kris recently announced her separation from husband Bruce Jenner and while she found Kanye's, who is dating her daughter Kim Kardashian, antics embarrassing, she's pleased they took the heat off her life. During this week's interview, Kanye called himself a "creative genius".

“Kris Jenner cringed during the interview and really hated it, but deals with it because she knows who Kanye is and that Kanye makes Kim happy. And with everything else in her life a mess, it’s good to keep some fires away," a source told Hollywood Life.

Kim and Kanye welcomed daughter North in June and far from being embarrassed, the socialite and their baby went along to watch the interview.

The 32-year-old TV personality even took to Twitter, where she called Kanye's appearance on the show "the truth".

“Kim is Kanye’s biggest cheerleader and loved every minute of the interview, since she shares the same sense of entitlement, which is why they are such a good couple,” the insider continued.

Kris isn't just using Kanye's antics to keep her mind off her separation from Bruce.

The 57-year-old matriarch is also said to be playing Cupid for her daughter Khloé, who is going through problems with her husband Lamar Odom.

Basketball player Lamar is rumoured to have cheated on the star and is apparently also fighting a drug addiction.

According to InTouch, Kris has her eye on Rihanna's ex-flame, rapper Drake, for her daughter.

“She’s shopping for Khloé’s next husband,” a source told the magazine.

“She thinks he’d be perfect for Khloé... Kris is sick of her daughters ending up with jerks.”
