Kris Jenner 'creates gagging order'
Kris Jenner has reportedly sent round a "$50 million gagging order" to her friends and family in a bid to deter anyone from selling stories on her.
The Kardashian/Jenner matriarch is rumoured to have drawn up a two-page contract in a bid to stop the people closest to her from spilling her secrets.
The contract is said to be full of gagging clauses including a $3 million fine if anyone breaches the order.
"Kris want to be the one who controls what people think about her and her family. However, the more famous she's become, the less control she has. The contract agreement shows just how controlling she is about any private information that could be leaked," a source revealed to British magazine Now.
"Even though she knows her immediate family would never spill any secrets, she's still given it to all of them and her closest friends. Kris is especially nervous about details of her marriage to Bruce Jenner being revealed. She doesn't want stories to come out."
Insiders say that under the new contact Kim Kardashian and fiancé Kanye West must declare all of their business and legal dealings to 58-year-old Kris.
Khloé Kardashian and her estranged husband Lamar Odom must report to Kris what legal action will be taken during their divorce, which also plays out in front of the cameras of the family's reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Sources say the film crew have also received the order, which goes on to state that anyone who signs it has to inform the show's producers whenever they receive any legal inquiries.
"There's a feeling it's pretty extreme, but everyone's going along with it. It's just another thing the family have to get through," the source added.
