Kristen Stewart: My work has integrity

Kristen Stewart admits that she couldn't imagine herself as Snow White before accepting the role.

The Twilight franchise actress stars alongside Charlize Theron in upcoming fairy tale action film Snow White and the Huntsman.

Kristen was engrossed in Twilight at the time she was offered the princess part and found it difficult to wrap her head around playing another character.

"I was doing Breaking Dawn at the time, and I so wasn't thinking about doing anything else It was really forced upon me It was really important. It was a really big deal," Kristen told Extra. "Then they told me it was Snow White and I was like really? Me?"

Kristen was inspired by the dynamism of her Snow White character.

"It wasn't like, 'Oh, let's turn Snow White into this crazy bad ass,' it had integrity and heart. It wasn't just ball-busting action," she explained.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 will be released this autumn.

Kristen treasures her memories of filming the series.

"It's going to be so strange. We just did reshoots for it, and we wrapped the movie again we just need to go home and let it go," she said. "I feel really happy that I've done my job and I fondly look back on it."
