Kristin Cavallari is mortified her husband Jay Cutler watches her early twenties antics on her old reality shows Laguna Beach and The Hills.

Professional American football player Jay Cutler admitted to discovering more about his wife from watching old episodes of Laguna Beach and The Hills.

After their wedding in June, Jay has been tuning into the programme but Kristin is not happy about his viewing choice.

The former reality star is mortified about her husband’s exposure to the immature things she did as a 20-year-old.

“I’ll leave to go to the gym and I’ll come home and Jay is watching it,” she told Access Hollywood Live.

“I don’t want to relive it all! He married me, so it’s too late!

“I said to him the other day, ‘If you can’t handle this, you need to turn it off.’”

The Chicago bears quarterback explained that he opts to catch up on the shows when spending time with their son Camden.

He joked he likes seeing the goofy situations his wife got into during her early twenties.

“I’m learning a lot right now,” Jay laughed. “She’ll leave and me and Cam will turn it on and check what mom used to do.”

Since becoming a dad, Jay is slowly learning to take on the parenting role.

The sportsman thinks the job gets easier with time.

“As he gets older, I’m able to do more,” Jay he shared. “He has more of a personality. I think it’s becoming more fun.”

Kristin initially found it tough to adjust also.

But the screen personality’s main worries are when she is trying to snooze as opposed to what to do when she is awake.

“The hardest part for me is the lack of sleep,” Kristin explained.
