Kristin Davis reportedly has trouble "compromising" in relationships.
The actress was recently linked to script writer Aaron Sorkin, but it's thought they have gone their separate ways. Kristin is apparently so used to be on her own she has trouble adapting to dating someone.
"She pushed him away. Kristin has been single for a long time and is extremely independent, so she has a hard time making the sort of compromises that are required in a serious relationship," an insider told National Enquirer.
According to the source, it was Kristin's inability to change her way of life which led to her split from Aaron. She apparently found it hard to open up to him, which put pressure on their fledging romance.
"Aaron is a great guy, but he just couldn't break down her walls," the source explained.
Last year, Kristin, 47, became a mother for the first time after adopting a little girl called Gemma Rose.
