Kylie tells Cowell: Get Dannii back

Kylie Minogue has apparently put in a bid to bag her sister Dannii a new job - back on The X Factor UK.

The pop princess has urged show boss Simon Cowell to bring Dannii back on the programme when he returns later this year for the new series, according to The Sun.

Kylie said: "Dannii has done so well on X Factor Australia, she won it with her artist. She's got better and better and this year, in the words of Louis Walsh, she nailed it. So yes, I would like to see her back.

"I think I'm with the whole country when I say the show has been missing her and Simon and Cheryl (Cole). It would be very exciting to see them back."

Dannii, who fell out with judge Sharon Osbourne, left the ITV show in 2010 and took up a spot on the Australian version's judging panel.

Sister Kylie, who is a judge on the BBC's rival singing contest show The Voice this year, said her new role had been a fresh start.

She explained: "I am in a great place. I've made big changes in my life and have new management. I've found my mojo again."
