Lake and Arquette for dance show

Actor David Arquette will compete in Dancing With The Stars

The new cast of Dancing With the Stars - the US version of Strictly Come Dancing - has been revealed.

ABC network says the 13th season of the hit show will feature a mix of actors, athletes and TV personalities.

Set to tango and quickstep with professional dance partners will be reality TV stars Robert Kardashian, Kristin Cavallari and Chaz Bono, and TV personalities Nancy Grace, Carson Kressley and Ricki Lake.

Singer-actress Chynna Phillips, actors David Arquette and JR Martinez, and basketball star Ron Artestwill also be taking part.

Completing the line-up are World Cup soccer player Hope Solo and Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis, who may be better known in the United States for being George Clooney's ex-girlfriend.

Ryan O'Neal was set to join the cast, but his publicist said the actor had not yet fully recovered from recent knee-replacement surgery.

The new cast members will perform their first dance routines on the season premiere on September 19.

The first celebrity contestant will be eliminated on September 20.

The last series of the show was won by American football player Hines Ward.

Bruno Tonioli, who also appears on BBC show Strictly Come Dancing, is set to return to the judging panel.

Virgo:

It's difficult to deal with a highly competitive colleague. Every time you submit work, they try to find ways to outperform you. Although you have no interest in pitting your talent against theirs, this other person thinks very differently. Ignoring them won't be possible. A good way to disarm this pest is to invite them out for coffee. Describe what you've observed and ask for a truce. Irrational people are often thrown off balance when their behaviour is addressed in a direct manner.More
