Last stunt for Blue Peter's Skelton

Helen Skelton is bowing out of Blue Peter after more than five years on the show, but not before attempting another amazing challenge.

The presenter, who leaves on September 26, has canoed down the Amazon, done a high-wire walk between the chimneys of Battersea Power Station and travelled 500 miles across the Antarctica during her stint on the long-running children's show.

And before she goes v iewers will see her attempt the Royal Marines Yomp - a 30-mile march across Dartmoor with a 32lb backpack that has to be completed in under eight hours.

Helen, who recently signed up as a presenter for BT Sport, will be replaced by CBBC colleague Radzi Chinyanganya.

Radzi will join the show in mid-October, joining Lindsey Russell and and regular host Barney Harwood, who also graduated to the show after becoming a familiar face on CBBC.

Radzi has been a reporter for Match Of The Day Kickabout and is a presenter of Saturday morning show Wild.
