Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger wants to have a baby with her boyfriend Jake McLean sooner rather than later.

The former TOWIE star has rekindled her romance with boyfriend Jake McLean, after they originally parted ways in December 2013. And it seems that now they’re back together, Lauren would like to start trying for a baby “sooner rather than later”.

“I still have a few things I want to achieve in my career but I want to be a young mum so we don’t want to wait too long,” she told British magazine OK! “I can’t wait to be the mum of Jake’s children."

The 28-year-old previously dated the property developer for a year before they broke up. And despite only reuniting a few weeks ago, the couple have been on a romantic holiday to Abu Dhabi together and Lauren has even had his name tattooed on her wrist.

“Jake loves it but he did laugh and say I'm mental,” she wrote in her latest new! magazine column. “I didn't properly think about it beforehand, I just went and had it done. This is the sh*t I do, ha ha! I'd been to pick up some garden furniture, had a pub lunch, then thought, 'I might get a tattoo...' Who does that?”

However Lauren isn’t overly worried about making such a statement and having Jake’s name permanently in plain sight.

"When I told Jake I wanted it he just said, 'Go on then!' I don't worry about changing my mind when I'm older because I can always get it removed,” she added.
