The high school teacher that LeAnn Rimes is suing for cyber bullying will fight back.
The singer brought a legal case this week against mother-of-four Kimberly Smiley and her teenage daughter claiming that the pair victimised her on Twitter.
Kimberly claims she is in fact the victim of bullying from LeAnn and her legal team.
"I plan to take my own action against her," Kim told Radar Online.
"This could impact my family and business. Somebody needs to stand up or LeAnn will continue doing this for the rest of her life."
The lawsuit centres on a phone call LeAnn made to Kimberly earlier this year that was recorded unbeknownst to the star. The phone conversation took place following an exchange of insults on the social networking site.
LeAnn's team claims Kimberly "insulted, taunted, and provoked" LeAnn during their conversation, but the teacher refutes any wrongdoing.
"She called ME," Kimberly recalled to the website. "She was trying to berate me into liking her. When she didn't get her way she got frustrated."
According to Kimberly when she picked up the phone, LeAnn greeted her with "Hey b**ch this is LeAnn you have five minutes to say whatever you want to me!"
She's also dumbfounded by the claims of bullying, pointing out she made her Twitter account private.
LeAnn has reportedly been suffering anxiety over worries her husband Eddie Cibrian is cheating.
The troubled songstress announced earlier this week that she is seeking treatment for her woes.
