Lena Dunham makes 'rash' decisions
Lena Dunham hoped that buying “fancy lotion” would help change her life.
The Girls creator took to Twitter to reveal a desire to mix things up a bit. Lena decided experimenting with new beauty products might give her a welcome boost, but her body didn’t react well to the idea.
“I decided I needed to change my life so I bought some fancy lotion and it gave me a rash so I'll never do that again,” she posted on her account.
Lena also discussed her parents in celebration of Father’s Day on Sunday.
The 27-year-old star paid tribute to her dad with a touching message, but then admitted it was unlikely he would ever read it.
“Hey papa. You're my best friend and my great inspiration and the luckiest thing that ever happened to me. I love you (and you hate twitter.),” she tweeted.
She then moved on to her mother, explaining she didn’t want her to feel left out as she showered her dad with kind words.
“‘Yes. You'd be shocked by how many parents don't love their children.’ -my mom, after I told her she was a good mom,” Lena wrote.
Lena also showed an interest in the latest movies, focusing on Johnny Depp’s upcoming release The Lone Ranger. She is clearly confused by the concept of the hunk playing a Native American.
“Can someone tell me whether we're supposed to be offended by Johnny Depp's portrayal of Tonto or not? Must know for dinner parties/twitter,” Lena mused.
Earlier this month, Johnny insisted he wanted to play Tonto as "a warrior with integrity and dignity". He also revealed the character was “more than a sidekick” to Armie Hammer’s Lone Ranger.
