Leo DiCaprio ‘shuns KUWTK’
Leonardo DiCaprio and Paris Hilton reportedly shunned the opportunity to appear on Kim Kardashian's reality show.
The Wolf of Wall Street star was partying at Los Angeles' daytime event XIV Summer Sessions on Sunday, where Kim Kardashian's stepbrother Brody Jenner was playing a DJ set.
There was a scene made especially for the reality show, capturing Brody and his dad Bruce and brother Brandon, who were rocking out by the DJ booth.
According to the New York Post's Page Six, Leonardo, 39, ensured he wouldn't be anywhere near the cameras.
“Leo didn’t want to be filmed for Keeping Up and didn’t want to arrive until filming was over," a source told the publication.
Paris Hilton was also at the party and apparently also shunned the opportunity to appear on the show.
The 33-year-old heiress used to be close friends with Kim, but there were rumours the pair had fallen out. However, the blonde DJ recently insisted there was no bad blood between them.
“I’ve seen her probably about six times in the past two years and she has been very sweet,” she said previously. “I’ve seen her at events and we always talk. I’ve known her since she was a little girl.”
Paris and Leonardo apparently aren't the only ones not keen to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kim, Kourtney and Khloé's younger brother Rob has been through a tough time recently, with the sock designer criticised for his weight gain.
He decided not to attend Kim's wedding to Kanye West last month and is reportedly feeling so low he has decided to no longer shoot the series.
“Rob feels that the reality show has truly ruined his family, and that momager Kris Jenner is always on the lookout for the next big deal for one of her daughters. His significant weight gain has only added to the stress in his life. He has been working out but has very bad eating habits. He just feels very alone," an insider told RadarOnline.
