Lewis Hamilton among celebrities in Star Wars sketch for Children In Need
Martin Freeman, Lewis Hamilton and The Great British Bake Off's Mel and Sue will add to the stellar line-up for BBC Children In Need's Star Wars sketch.
The BBC joined forces with Disney and Lucasfilm for the exclusive skit that will see Warwick Davis, C-3PO and R2-D2 seek out the biggest superfan in the galaxy to trigger the first totaliser on the fundraising night.
Along the way they'll be distracted by a host of celebrities vying for the coveted role, including Danny Dyer, Barbara Windsor, Stephen Merchant and Tom Daley.
The Voice co-stars Ricky Wilson and will.i.am will also make a cameo along with previously announced stars Lord Sugar and The Stig.
Formula One champion Hamilton said: "It's always a real privilege to be part of the BBC Children In Need campaign because I think the work they do is fantastic - kids are the future and that's why I love to be a part of it."
Other highlights of the night, which raises money to support more than 2,500 projects helping children in the UK, include a Call The Midwife Strictly Come Dancing special and performances from Rod Stewart, Ellie Goudling and Selena Gomez.
The sketch will air during the BBC Children In Need Appeal show on Friday November 13 from 7.30pm on BBC One.
