Lil Wayne has recorded nearly 100 songs that have never been released.
The New Orleans-born rapper says he's collaborated with music producer Dr. Dre frequently over the years.
But the Aftermath Entertainment CEO has kept much of their work off the airwaves.
"I've always worked with Dre," Wayne told MTV News, explaining, "I'm not sure if you guys know how Dre works, Dre always send you a song, so I done probably did like 90 songs for Dre (sic)."
The Lollipop hitmaker is preparing for the December release of his tenth solo album I Am Not a Human Being II.
He warns fans not to expect anything from his frequent collaborator on the record.
The pair recently launched Wayne's line of custom headphones for the mogul's Beats By Dre line and Wayne says he's "super excited" about the venture. Despite dozens of their tracks remaining in the vault, the rapper said he's eager to get back into the studio with The Chronic producer.
"I'll always be up to work with Dre, it's always cool with him," Wayne said. "You just never know which one he gonna put out."
