Lindsay Lohan has been pictured graffiti-ing a wall in Los Angeles - but it was all part of a new music video she is filming.

The Mean Girls star, who recently completed a spell of house arrest for probation violation, appeared late at night wearing thigh-high boots, sexy lingerie and a hooded jacket and using stencils to spray "I heart My Mom" and "I heart Jesse" onto a wall in red paint.

But Li-Lo was simply filming a scene for the music video for forthcoming single Let The Games Begin by Florida-based rock band The Miggs, the Daily Mail reports.

The 25-year-old actress was also spotted filming another night scene for the video in a leopard print dress.

Lindsay spent 35 days under house arrest for violating the probation terms of her 2007 driving under the influence conviction, after she was accused of taking a necklace without permission roughly three weeks after being released from court-ordered rehab.

She will remain on probation for the next three years, and has a community service order to complete.

Lindsay is expected to return to serve at the women's shelter in downtown Los Angeles, and she also has to complete janitorial duty at the LA County morgue.

The terms of her probation also mean the Mean Girls star must keep up with court-ordered psychological counselling and go through a programme called Shoplifters Alternative.
