Lilly Allen is elated to "work at her own pace".

The singer took a hiatus from her music career in 2009 when she announced she had no plans to make additional records. Since then she has launched a record label and clothing label Lucy in Disguise.

Lily is excited to return to the recording studio.

"It's great to work at my own pace, with no commitments other than to make music," she revealed in a press release to Cover Media. "I'm excited to be heading back into the studio."

The crooner recently tweeted she has been working on new material.

She has booked studio time to develop a collection of songs. No release date has been set for the new recordings.

Moving forward, Lily will adopt Lily Rose Cooper as her professional name. It is her married name with husband Sam Cooper.

The couple have an eight-month-old daughter, Ethel. Lily's father, actor Keith Allen, recently revealed the couple are expecting their second child.

Sagittarius:

Working in isolation doesn't suit you. You're a social creature who gets your best ideas when collaborating with others. Unfortunately, that's not possible right now. Resign yourself to this difficult situation. If you do a good job, you'll pave the way for bigger and better assignments. Part of the problem is you lack experience. The only way to get the training you need is to do some volunteer work. Making a temporary sacrifice will eventually pay off. Be patient.More
