Lindsay Lohan is reportedly claiming that her Liz & Dick producers are responsible for her outstanding hotel bill.
The actress allegedly racked up debts amounting to $46,350.04 at the famous Chateau Marmont where she stayed during June and July this year. The West Hollywood hotel has banned Lindsay from the premises in light of the overdue account.
Lindsay was filming Lifetime movie about Elizabeth Taylor Liz & Dick during this time period.
TMZ reports that the star says she never offered to pay her bills because she understood that movie executives would be covering her expenses.
Sources also reveal that Lindsay was completely shocked to learn that she had an unpaid tab at the establishment.
The document apparently drawn up by Chateau Marmont indicates Lindsay had been splashing out on cigarettes, expensive candles and room service.
The 26-year-old is no stranger to finding herself in hot water. Following her well documented battle with alcohol and drugs in the past, she landed in trouble again when she was involved in a jewellery theft case last year. The star was also involved in a car crash this year in which she wrecked a hired Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway.
