Lindsay Lohan impressed the cast and crew on Anger Management on Monday after shooting scenes with Charlie Sheen.
The troubled actress impressed the cast and crew of Charlie’s TV show Anger Management on Monday with her professional attitude. Despite reports she is often late to sets, Lindsay arrived 45 minutes early for her 10am call time and had no problem delivering her lines.
"[Lindsay] proved she has talent. You watch her and you know why she became a star,” a source told TMZ.
The 26-year-old star plays herself in the episode and shot three scenes with Charlie on Monday.
It is believed the plot sees Lindsay fall for Charlie’s therapist character after she becomes one of his patients. According to the website, Lindsay’s first scene with Charlie saw them in bed together after a lovemaking session.
"Lindsay knew her lines cold and her timing was perfect. She was really funny," the insider revealed.
In between filming scenes, Lindsay was apparently “incredibly nice” to the crew and spent time talking to them and posing for photographs.
The star is due to return to shoot more scenes today.
Charlie has offered continuing support to Lindsay during her recent personal troubles.
Last year, the 47-year-old actor handed Lindsay a $100,000 cheque to help pay her outstanding tax bill.
He has also done his best to help get her career back on track, offering her a guest role in his sitcom and supporting her when they worked together on Scary Movie 5.
It was even recently claimed that Lindsay plans to spend a week in Los Angeles with Charlie before she goes to rehab in May.
The star has been ordered to spend 90 days in a treatment facility after pleading no contest to misdemeanour charges of reckless driving, lying to authorities and obstructing police from performing their duties.
While it was claimed that Lindsay would be entering a lockdown rehab centre as part of her plea bargain, TMZ reports that no such facility exists in the US.
It was initially believed rehab would be a substitution for her initial 90-day jail sentence, and it has been alleged the star’s lawyer Mark Heller said he could get her into this type of clinic.
"There is no rehab that will hold you against your will, unless they feel the person is a suicide risk, and in that case they can hold the individual for 72 hours," Dr. Drew Pinsky, host of Celebrity Rehab, reportedly told TMZ.
It has now been claimed jail time could still be an option for the star.
Lindsay has a history of fleeing from rehab, following stints in Utah’s Cirque Lodge and the Betty Ford Clinic in California.
