Longoria: Divorce made me so thin

Eva Longoria felt thin and unhealthy after her marriage split

Eva Longoria has revealed her divorce left her so thin she felt the "most unhealthy I've ever been".

The 36-year-old Desperate Housewives star separated from husband Tony Parker in 2010 after six years together and told Health magazine how the split affected her.

Eva said: "I remember after my divorce, I was so thin and everyone kept saying how great I looked and it was probably the most unhealthy place I've ever been.

"So it was funny what people would see as 'healthy'. In my worst time, people were saying I've never looked better."

But the actress insisted she refused to let it get her down and made sure she bounced back from the split.

She said: "I have a great diet and exercise routine. And I try to have a healthy outlook. I'm your everlasting, hopeless optimist!

"It's so funny, because I don't get depressed. Even after my divorce, everybody was like, 'Wow, you bounced back so quick.' I was like, 'I am not letting this take over. Something great is around the corner - I can't wait to see what's going to happen'."

Eva also revealed she felt Kim Kardashian had knocked her off the top of any 'most beautiful' lists.

She revealed: "I was talking to Kim [Kardashian] about this the other day. I said, 'You're the most beautiful thing in the world,' and she said, 'No, you are'.

"And I said, 'No, I used to be.' I was like, 'No, honey, I'm old news'."

Gemini:

You never do anything in moderation. Attend every fun party, accept every juicy offer and try all the delectable treats spread before you. Avoid unpleasant people and activities like the plague. This should be a time of enjoyment. Leave your list of chores at home. You can always attend to these jobs at another time. If you have a chance to show your creative work to a publisher, manager or agent, go ahead. This is also a great opportunity to go on job interviews, auditions and first dates.More
