Holly Madison has revealed that she and her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella have decided to name their newborn daughter Rainbow.

The 33-year-old former Girls Next Door star and Insomniac Events CEO Pasquale welcomed a healthy baby girl Tuesday.

The couple have decided to call their tot Rainbow Aurora Rotella.

Holly reveals that the colourful name has stuck with her since childhood.

“I wanted to give my daughter a unique name,” she told E! News.

“Growing up, there was a girl in my school named Rainbow and I was so envious of that name. I thought it was so pretty and unique!”

The pair couldn’t be more elated with their new role as parents.

Pasquale spoke earlier this week about the immediate impact fatherhood has had on his life.

"I've never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time,” he gushed to In Touch.

“Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I'm truly the luckiest man in the world."
