Madonna may be 54-years-old but the singer continues to impress fans with how she stays so lean.

The mother-of-four has a busy schedule with her career and raising a family.

But her personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer says the Material Girl is extremely dedicated and that's how she gets and maintains such great results.

"It's hard work, but make time and put in 110 percent and you will see results," Nicole told Us for anyone wanting to get the pop star's body.

"It's not what you are doing but how you are doing it. Sweating is a direct result of performance - it means you are doing it right."

The fitness guru accompanies Madonna on world tours, trains her back up dancers and is also the creative director for the superstar's Hard Candy Fitness gyms.

She added that she and her famous client focus on burning fat, cinching the waiting, lifting the derrière and toning the arms and thighs.

Trust your instincts regarding moneymaking offers. If a job seems too good to be true, it probably is. Working as part of a campaigning team will suit you down to the ground. You're more motivated to help people than turn big profits. Some friends will discourage you from entering such a field, fearing it won't be lucrative. Don't worry. You'll make a very good salary by doing what you love. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be miserable to earn a good living.More
