Maggie Gyllenhaal and her husband Peter Sarsgaard have welcomed their second child.
Representatives have confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple are now proud parents to daughter Gloria Ray. Baby Gloria was born in New York on April 19.
Maggie announced that she was pregnant during her second trimester.
The actress has spoken previously of how hard it was to hide her expectancy.
"I find it difficult to pretend you're not pregnant, which I had to do," Maggie revealed to USA Today. "I didn't let anyone know until three and a half months this time. I went to film festivals. I'm throwing up in the bathroom and having to keep pretzels in my purse, and having to fit into dresses."
Maggie and Peter have been together since 2002 and tied the knot in Italy in 2009. The couple also have five-year-old daughter Ramona together.
