Mark Wright: I couldn't stop eating

Mark Wright says he piled on the pounds after leaving the jungle

Mark Wright is on a mission to get back in shape after he gorged himself on junk food since leaving the Australian jungle.

The Only Way Is Essex star revealed he lost weight while battling it out in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, eating bugs and taking on challenges. But as soon as he got out he indulged in all his favourite treats and is now heavier than when he went into the jungle.

Mark told the Daily Mirror: "The best shape I have ever been in was in the jungle.

"I lost a stone-and-a-half and I felt great. But as soon as I came back to the UK, I couldn't stop eating cakes, chocolate and crisps and I put two stone back on.

"By Christmas I was half a stone heavier than I was before I went in! But if I go to the gym and avoid carbohydrates I know I can lose it again."

And the 24-year-old reality TV star revealed as part of his new weight-loss regime: "I like to follow the TOWIE mantra 'no carbs before Marbs!'."

He added: "I don't want to yo-yo again so I train hard and then I party!"

No matter how stringently your loved ones warn you, that won't stop you pursuing a romantic interest. You're utterly captivated by someone who exudes warmth, charisma and drama. The two of you get along very well, but beware of the financial toll this relationship will take. The object of your affection likes expensive things. If you're not able to provide them with the luxuries they crave, there will be problems. Then again, you have the potential for being a good provider, so all may be well.More
