Mark Wright: I'm a pro matchmaker

Mark Wright wants to host his own dating show

Mark Wright has revealed he is a great matchmaker and hopes to host his own dating show.

The former The Only Way Is Essex (Towie) star - who travelled the globe for new ITV2 show Party Wright Around The World - told how his mates have nicknamed him Hitch, after the Will Smith film about a professional matchmaker.

Mark said: "I am a good matchmaker. My friends put me in their phone book as Hitch, after the film.

"I love hitching my mates up when they're trying to get a girl, or hitching girls I know when they're trying to get a guy, because I've normally got good advice."

He added: "Eventually I want to be presenting Saturday night, shiny floor big talent shows or game shows, dating shows, that's my dream.

"I'm in talks with a production company about a dating show. It's still in the early stages."

Mark previously hosted Take Me Out spin-off show Take Me Out: The Gossip, but insisted he isn't after host Paddy McGuinness' job.

Mark said: "Paddy's amazing at that job, no one's getting that job off him."

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Virgo:

A close relationship could reach a rocky patch. Resist the urge to emotionally withdraw from your loved one. Be willing to address the issues that have been pulling you apart. You could hear some painful things about your behaviour. Instead of getting defensive, be open to changing for the sake of your relationship. Think back to a time when someone you loved worked hard to gain your affection and approval. Pattern your attitude after theirs. Being flexible is more important than being right.More
