Jared Followill is the "happiest man in the world" after getting married.
The Kings of Leon rocker and his partner Martha Patterson, 21, exchanged vows in Charlotte, Tennessee, last night.
Jared, 25, spoke of how lucky he felt on Twitter, where he also posted a picture of him with his new bride.
"Aaaaaand I'm married. Happiest man in the world (sic)," he wrote.
He previously jokingly told fans: "Today, I get married. It's the biggest step I've ever taken. I've dreamed about this day since I was a little girl."
Martha also used the social networking site to tell her followers how excited she was on her big day.
"Marrying my best friend today. I'm the luckiest girl in the world. :) (sic)," she wrote.
The happy couple tied the knot in the grounds of a rustic house.
Martha wore a strapless white dress with feathered skirt, while Jared opted for a simple dark suit.
According to website Just Jared, the reception included "a beautiful firework display and a five-tier strawberry cream cake".
Guests included Jared's bandmates Caleb, Matthew and Nathan.
The rocker and Martha got engaged in April, after dating for around five months.
