Olivier Martinez emerged from a doctor's office on Tuesday with a brace over his hand following a fight with Gabriel Aubry last week.
The French actor came to blows with the ex-partner of his fiancée Halle Berry on Thanksgiving Day.
The fight occurred outside of Halle's Los Angeles home, where Gabriel had come to drop off their four-year-old daughter, Nahla.
Gabriel was charged with one misdemeanour count of battery following the altercation, which left him with fractured ribs and a bruised face.
Reports suggest Olivier repeatedly slammed Gabriel's head on a concrete driveway during their violent clash.
Photos obtained by TMZ show the model is not the only one to have suffered injuries.
Olivier was pictured on his way to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles today with cuts and bruises visible on his right hand.
He emerged a short time later with a brace protecting the appendage.
Olivier has been ordered to stay away from Gabriel in a restraining order granted to the French-Canadian model on Monday.
Gabriel is meanwhile set to ask a judge to lift an order banning him from seeing his daughter today, according to the website. He became subject of an emergency protective order which prevents him from going within 100 yards of Halle and Nahla after the fight.
Halle will also have legal representation present at the hearing.
The actress and Gabriel have been involved in a bitter custody dispute over Nahla for several months which most recently saw Halle fail to obtain court approval to move Nahla to Olivier's native France.
