Mick Jagger 'moves on' just weeks after lover L'Wren Scott's death
Just months after the death of his long-term lover L'Wren Scott, rock singer Sir Mick Jagger has been pictured on the balcony of his hotel room with an unknown woman.
The Rolling Stones frontman was pictured with the young brunette a mere 11 weeks after fashion designer Scott took her own life in her Manhattan apartment.
The pictures have sparked speculation that he may have a new girlfriend.
The photos angered L'Wren Scott's sister Jan Shane, who lashed out at the pension-collecting hellraiser, asking: "And people wander why L'Wren was so depressed?"
In one of the photographs, taken on the balcony of his hotel room in Zurich, the 70-year-old can be seen having his head kissed by the unidentified woman.
The rock star was left devastated and distraught after Scott, his partner of 13 years, was found hanged in her New York apartment on March 17 aged 49. It has since emerged that her fashion business had been heavily in debt.
Her tragic death forced the Stones to cancel their Australian tour. Sir Mick told fans in a statement he was "shocked and devastated" and said that the couple had spent "many wonderful years together." He also said he "failed to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way".
However, Ms Shane said that he will "never change his ways" after seeing Sir Mick and what may be his latest love.
"These pictures make me really wonder what Mick is really thinking and feeling," she said at her home in Utah.
"His daughter says that he is still heartbroken and so devastated about losing my sister – and then you see these photos."
It is believed that the pair met in a Zurich nightclub last weekend, where she was working as a waitress, and the pair spent two days together. They were pictured last Saturday morning and then again on Saturday night.
The new pictures suggest he is quickly starting to move on and put Scott's tragedy behind him.
Sir Mick, wearing an open-neck blue T-shirt, appears to be close to the woman who stayed in his penthouse apartment during the band's four-day stint in Switzerland last week as part of their world-tour.
According to some reports, the mystery brunette is not the first woman Sir Mick has spent time with following the death of Scott.
